Mr. Soenen is the Chairman and CEO of EmergencyLink LLC. Mr. Soenen previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of FTD Group, Inc., a leading provider of floral and specialty gift products from 2004 until the Company’s acquisition in 2008. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of FTD, Inc. from 2002 to 2004, President and CEO of FTD.com from 1999 to 2002 and Vice President of Marketing of FTD, Inc. from 1997 to 1999.
Prior to FTD, Inc., Mr. Soenen worked at Perry Capital, LLC., a leading hedge fund and private equity firm from 1996-1997 and Salomon Brothers Inc., a leading investment bank from 1993-1996.
Mr. Soenen also served on the Board of Directors of Rewards Network, Inc. and Youbet.com from 2008-2010. On the Board of Directors of OptionsXpress from 2008-2011 and currently serves on the Board of Marathon Data Corp, All Weather, Inc. and Motorsport Aftermarket Group.
Mr. Soenen is a 1992 graduate of Kalamazoo College and is a 2011 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Prior to joining EmergencyLink, Mr. Van Cleave served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Sylvan Learning from 2010 to early 2012, leading Sylvan’s brand, marketing and product management initiatives.
Prior to Sylvan, Mr. Van Cleave served as Executive Vice President of FTD.COM from 2006 to 2007. While at FTD, he also served as Executive Vice President, Member Services from 2002 to 2006, overseeing FTD’s florist services business. In addition, Mr. Van Cleave served as Vice President, Marketing for FTD.COM from 1999 to 2002.
Prior to joining FTD, Mr. Van Cleave served was the Marketing Director of americangreetings.com, the online marketing division of American Greetings Corporation, from 1995 to 1999. From 1990 to 1995, he served in various other capacities at American Greetings Corporation.
Mr. Van Cleave received a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1990 and he received a Bachelor of Science from Miami University of Ohio in 1986.
Prior to joining EmergencyLink, Ms. Wolfe served as a director of FTD from 2006 to 2008. Previously, Ms. Wolfe served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer from 2002 to 2006. From 1999 to 2002, Ms. Wolfe served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President—Finance and Accounting and Controller of FTD.COM.
Prior to joining FTD in November 1999, she was Director of Finance and Director of Financial Reporting, as well as serving in various other capacities, at Whitman Corporation, from 1995 to 1999. From 1992 to 1995, Ms. Wolfe worked in the auditing group at Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), an independent public accounting firm.
Ms. Wolfe received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in 1992 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to joining EmergencyLink, Ms. Sharif served as the Director of Concept Development at T-Mobile USA from 2008 to 2011, where she lead a product innovation team responsible for testing and launching new service offerings.
Prior to T-Mobile, Ms. Sharif held an executive position at FTD.com from 2005 to 2007 as Vice President of Merchandising and Operations, where she drove the product organization team, which included product development, merchandising, licensing, sourcing, operations, logistics and supply chain. She has held executive positions as Executive Vice President, Mrs. Beasley’ and Real Estate Director at the Chicago Board of Education.
Ms. Sharif holds a JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Kent College of Law.
Mr. Provisor oversees the strategic technical direction of EmergencyLink. Prior to EmergencyLink Jon created Web technology solutions for a range of companies including Relax the Back, The Getty, Foot Locker, Universal Television and Networks and Weider Publications. He was also a managing principal consultant for Oracle Corporation, where he managed the implementation of Oracle's suite of multi-organizational manufacturing applications for Havas Interactive. He also was responsible for the design, implementation and testing of multiple manufacturing modules for the HID Corporation, including those affecting inventory, bills of material, work in progress, engineering, cost management and material planning.
Mr. Provisor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in design, analysis, and management of information systems from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Jung manages the EmergencyLink software development lifecycle and is a senior software developer with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of software engineering. Prior to EmergencyLink, he was a Senior Systems Engineer developing and optimizing secure battlefield radio networks and military radar systems. He's also held senior software development positions at Hughes Aircraft Company, 20th Century Auto Insurance and Raytheon.
Mr. Jung earned his Bachelor of Science and his Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
Ms. Berber is responsible for the creative department of EmergencyLink. Prior to starting Markologie - a digital communications studio - she worked in the advertising field in Los Angeles for eight years as a part of teams that designed and produced print & web campaigns for national and international companies such as Honeywell Corporation, City of Hope, VIZIO, Fujinon Fujifilm, UCLA, Apria Healthcare, and Stewart FIlmScreen Corporation. Besides being a creative, she also is involved in the business aspect of project development as the co-founder of two successful online startups in Europe.
Ms. Berber holds degrees in advertising and social sciences from METU and UCLA.
